We are living in times where domestic violence in our country is rife. We want to support the victims of domestic violence through legal support, support groups where the victims are sharing their experiences how they overcame the challenges of domestic violence.

Many South African households struggle with the basics like school uniforms, transport fees, stationery, etc. We know that single parent households have smart children who wants to study and participate in the employment market funnelling into the conduit of our growing economy. It is, however, not so easy. This fund will support members’ children with bursaries for the basics, and in qualifying cases, extend to school and tertiary education fees.

These days, to many professionals, careers are more important than starting a family. This delay is not natural in biological terms as our prime child bearing years are in the late teens and early twenties. There are options available to women who want to delay their family efforts to later in life. Our talk by women who have been through the difficult path of fertility treatment will help educate the younger generation on their options.
